Technical Difficulties
Our internet service has been down more than its been on lately. Others have been having problems too.
We will finish installing our new phone wiring today. THEN, when the service goes down, we will raise some serious shit with Frontier!
This is inexcusable! My Boss couldn't get online this week to file her figures with the state. The state requires that she file electronically. If she files late, she gets fined. Thanks a lot Frontier!

There are a number of things I file electronically as well. There have been times, I couldn't access the net - it's rather frustrating. Too bad there's no phone number to call for an extension due to net failure --give your isp etc for verification.
People and businesses rely so much on the internet being available. Shitty service really sucks.
Squirl esp where Tshsmom lives. Small towns are the worst for it I think.. Hope it gets better soon.

There are some real drawbacks to doing everything electronically. In the last place where I was "supposed" to be manager, the state also mandated that, but the employee who did payroll refused to file the information electronically -
I feel sorry for the people who have to file unemployment electronically and can't read, let alone operate a computer.
Well that sure sucks. On the other hand I'm several years behind in filing my income taxes. Good thing that they usually owe me.
