What a lovely tribute to your awesome daughter. I know from what I read about and by her that she must be so much fun to be around. :)

Happy Birthday, SME!!

Awww! Thanks!
I don't remember any of those pictures, so it's cool to see them.
(P.S., I'm pretty sure that Air-Supply-lookin' mullet perm wasn't stylish even then. Mother of pearl, that was atrocious!!)

;D

Tshsmom I remember all those perms she used to get.

Candace, she's a real treasure! SME has a wonderful sense of humor(humour to SME), and understands me better than anybody.

Hammer, OMG, I have a 30-yr-old daughter! I'm OLD! :D

SME, the perms were totally YOUR idea.
You don't remember the pictures? They say that the memory is the first thing to go. heehee

VV, her eyes have always given SME an exotic beauty. She gets her eyes from her Dad.

Tweets, yeah, you had a picture of her with that hair at your birthday party.

Thanks, everybody. Yeah, the bad perms were all my (bad) idea.

I look at these photo's and realize that next Sunday Kora is going to be Seven already. Just trying to figure out what I am going to do when she is all grown up. LOL.. I feel like I have missed something in the last seven years.. Where has that short time went.

Sweet! Happy Birthday, SME!! 30 is a great year, as I recall. And the beginning of lots of good stuff.

Love the look-back through time, tshs. Thanks for sharing so we can all send our happy wishes to your beloved daughter.

Ya done good!

Gardenia, ain't THAT the truth?!

Tweets, just keeping taking lots of pictures and hope that they don't live too far from you.

Cherie, thanks! I got a bit teary-eyed when I was browsing through all of the photo albums. That first picture brought back memories of how her fuzzy little head felt and smelled.

SME truly is our beloved daughter...and Daddy's little girl.;)

I gotta agree about being in your 30s. People start giving you, and your opinions, more respect once we reach 30.

Some parents do odd things. When we are younger, they tell us "grow up".

When we do, they change their mind and wish we were young again.

Strange but true.

Blue, I think SME discovered that 30 isn't so bad after all. ;)

Ryan, so true! I always tell new parents to take time to ENJOY their kids. They're gone before we know it.
