Happy Birthday, Favorite Artist.
That is a very intriguing painting. I like it.
I've kinda been in my own little world lately. Just stopped by to say hi.
Happy Birthday to the artist!
I totally don't remember that picture at all. Hmmm.
Anyway, I didn't make a cake but he had a slice of delicious carrot cake at his favorite cafe (much better than cake mix), and I took him to a movie and got him the new Bob Woodward book.
That is a beautiful picture. Happy Birthday to the artist!
Diana, you and our son-in-law would get along famously! He used to post a lot of his amazing art on his blog, but he's on another subject now.
Squirl, you deserve to be in your own little world, after all you've been through lately. (((((hugs))))))
SME, he emailed it to us last year. Maybe he gave the painting away when you moved?
Have SS listen to your voicemail. I called a bunch, but you guys must've been at the movie. Send him over here too. I was gonna leave a comment on his blog(to come here), but he disabled comments.
Monica, I wish I had half the artistic talent that our daughter and son-in-law possess!
Yep, I'll send him over.
Happy Birthday to the artist! My level of art is drawing stick figures. And not very good ones. :-/
Ok, he hasn't been here yet...forgive him, he's in knots over the elections. ;P
Me too Notta!
SME used to have me draw pictures for her. When she was 3, she wanted me to draw an elephant. (Yes, I CAN draw stick-figure elephants.) SME was disgusted with my art, so she grabbed the pencil and drew the cutest elephant I'd ever seen.
It's pretty bad when you get shown up by a 3 yr old. ;)
Happy birthday, oh Creative One!!!
Nice pic too!!!
Happy Biurthdya, Artist Dude!! Lovely!!
Tshsmom - your clutter/declutter posts are inpsiring me. :)
Also, Happy Birthday!
Don't I type well?
Wow I'm am flattered!, Thank you all for your nice comments! Especially from my family in Minnesota. I'm the one who's fortunate being apart of this family, and so very happy to have S.M.E. as my sweet bear and first love. My life is pretty darn good since we became partners. She's a solid, level headed gal. Its good too that she has lots of patience for me... Oh one day I'll get tired of that other thing on my blog, Once I get it out of my system :( I'll get back to doing some more of that artsy stuff : ) Love Yous!
Gorgeous colors in that picture! Happy Birthday to the Favorite Artist!
LOL Candace! I hope YOU'RE not the one teaching your kids keyboarding. ;)
LOVE YOU too SS!! Did you listen to my birthday song? Isn't it amazing how well we all mesh as a family?
I was going to post your beautiful fall watercolor, but the CD it was on went bad. Can you email me another copy of that one...please?
HAPPY BRITHDAY to the artistttttt
now where's the cake?!
LOL Ashley!
You'd get along well with the 'artist'; he LOVES his cake!
I sent Ashly some low cal cake with tons of icing via e-mail and attachment, should get it here today, Enjoy!
SS, LOL, you cake lovers really do stick together! Must be all that sticky icing. ;)
I can vouch for her there. I have seen personally what they both can do. The last time I was home I saw them on her walls. They are excellent artists. But the way SME does on this blog thing I think she would be great in some kind of computer world, work. LOL... i mean she had no problems getting me started here and i struggled the first time is tried this.
